I personally think it's neat that a grown man is reflecting on his childhood and narrating the story of his youth as he comes into contact with friends, family, school, and life. This is a charming cartoon that is very family-centric. Little Bill is not at all what I thought it was going to be.

i really love little bill my 2 year old son is in love with him also... he teaches alot of thing on his show. everytime my son watches it he learns a new word.. my so was also a little behind on speech but has since caught up with others his age.. i love the show so much.
