I feel this is really a cross between Dora the Explorer & Pink Dinky Doo with a heavy chinese language and customs influence. There is nonstop interactivity dispersed between a song and dance portion separating each activity. I predict it will be a hit. They seem to speak more Mandarin Chinese than Dora does Spanish. Seriously the voices and tune remind me a whole lot of Pink Dinky Doo.

I think Kai Lan is the Chinese version of Dora the Explorer.
