This is an award winning book from 1963, originally thought too scary for young children. What do you think? It does have some scary imagery, however in the new film by Spike Jonze, there are menacing undertones that can be found throughout the film.
One thing we've found is that people seem to clamor for Where The Wild Things Are pajamas and costumes like the wolf costume that Max played in. It's a very smart and cute design.
